Yes, BQ will happily bake you a gluten free batch of brownies using a rice blend flour. BQ does make them in a kitchen handling regular wheat flour, so the brownies can’t be classified as gluten-free, but are made from gluten-free ingredients.

All BQ's regular brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, and soya, with possible traces of nut. BQ's wheat-free and vegan brownies contain soya.

Yes, they freeze very well and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

BQ's brownies keep for 10 days at room temperature and 2 weeks in the fridge.
